On November 22nd at 6:30pm, come to the Colgate Bookstore for a book signing with local author Samanthi Martinez. Her book, “Tea and Simplicity”, will be available for purchase and signing.
Samanthi Martinez’ musings inspire feelings and memories that come rushing back to the reader with every word. The Hamilton resident recounts days gone by and days ahead, and she does it from the viewpoint of a strong and committed mother, wife, and member of an extraordinary small town in Central New York.
Samanthi Arseculeratne Martinez is a California native and University of Texas grad who moved to Central New York in 2004. Her love of writing led her to create a column called Healthy Homes, and she wrote for the Hamilton/Morrisville Tribune, becoming a columnist with the weekly paper. This book comprises the 100 columns she wrote under the title “Tea & Simplicity.” She lives in Hamilton, where she is director of Madison Lane Apartments.
