I was so excited to hear the General speak after having read his autobiography. I have always had the highest respect for him. My only comment is that I wanted to adhere to the request of no umbrellas due to security so I left mine at the hotel. It was miserable waiting for the shuttle buses without one.</p> <p>I would suggest that the note that is mailed with tickets says umbrellas will be collected at the door for pick up afterwards and that the shuttle bus stop in front of Hacketts so you can wait under the overhang instead of the front of the parking lot if the weather is bad. But it was well worth standing in the rain to hear him speak. Thank you so much for giving parents the opportunity to attend this, and free of charge no less.
