All should be aware that roof work will be taking place at James C. Colgate Hall on Wednesday, November 29, to repair solder joints in the metal roof panels on the east side (Little Hall side).

This work will require the cordoning off of and closure of the building entrance located on the inside corner closest to the east stair tower from noon to 6 p.m. to maintain everyone’s safety.

The Village of Hamilton will need to replace primary electrical underground wiring infrastructure due to recent failures within the system. The infrastructure has been failing and is due to be replaced on November 20 and 21, 2017. This replacement will affect electrical power to many buildings between 6am -4pm both days. This work needs to be completed before the winter season when increased electrical loads are required. All should take notice of the days and affected buildings while this work is completed.
