Upstate Institute relocates to new offices

By Upstate Institute on August 5, 2010

On August 5, the Upstate Institute office moved from East Hall to a renovated suite of offices in Lathrop Hall. The new suite, located at 109 Lathrop Hall, is home to the Upstate Institute, the Center for Outreach, Volunteerism and Education (COVE), and the Office of National Fellowships and Scholarships.

The creation of new office space for the Upstate Institute was part of a larger capital project that began in January 2010 and was completed in the summer. The construction in Lathrop was limited to the first floor, and included increased accessibility and improved air handling in the building. Various administrative offices that work closely with the Dean of the College and the Dean of the Faculty (both located in McGregory Hall) are being relocated to Lathrop because of this proximity.

The new suite includes an office for Director Ellen Percy Kraly, Project Director Julie Dudrick, and a shared office for Upstate Institute consultants. The new mailing address for the Upstate Institute is 109 Lathrop Hall, 13 Oak Drive, Hamilton, NY 13346. All other contact information for the Upstate Institute and staff remains the same.
