Tea has always been a favorite of ours, but did you know that there are many heath perks to indulging in a cup of tea? Here are a few benefits that we’ve gathered.

Tea protects your bones. Tea contains many beneficial phytochemicals. Studies have found people who drank tea for 10 or more years had the strongest bones.

Tea contains antioxidants. Antioxidants protect your body from aging, build your immune system

Tea doesn’t have any calories. If you do not add any sweetener or milk, tea is calorie-free. If you’re looking for a delicious, calorie-free drink, tea is the way to go.

Tea gives you a beautiful smile. Without sugar, tea contains fluoride that helps keep the plaque away. So drinking unsweetened tea (plus daily flossing and brushing!) will lead to healthier teeth and gums.
