Annual Customer Appreciation Day

By Lauren Marshall on July 1, 2016

Picture2cadTo celebrate the upcoming 14th anniversary in their downtown location at 3 Utica Street, the Colgate Bookstore is hosting their annual Customer Appreciation Day on Wednesday, July 13th, from 9am – 5pm.

The community is invited to enjoy complimentary ice cream (while supplies last) and clearance specials – up to 80% off original retail price. There will also be a coloring station for children, door prizes, and giveaways.

In August of 2002, the Colgate Bookstore moved from a small space on the Colgate University campus into a four-floor historical building in the center of the village. In addition to providing textbooks and Colgate clothing and gifts for students, faculty, and alumni, the Colgate Bookstore is also central New York’s largest downtown independent bookstore, stocking more than 17,000 books and offering community meeting space.
