ITS Alert: Portal Outage on December 3, 2013

Overview:
At 12:15pm on Tuesday, December 3rd, ITS needs to bring down the portal to make a configuration change and restart the server. This change is required for the Admission applicant portal process.
Impact:
This outage impacts all portal users, including faculty, staff, students and applicants.
Time Frame:
The outage begins at 12:15pm. Service will be restored by 1:00pm.
What You Can Do:
If you experience difficulty accessing the portal after 1:00pm, please call the ITS Helpline at 315.228.7111 or email itshelp@colgate.edu.
